Starting a healthcare operation is akin to responding to a calling, be it a glamorous hospital or a nursing home. Given the complex issues faced by healthcare providers today, many will soon realised that the calling is not that easy after all. Having seen so many poorly run healthcare facilities in the region, the founders who are IT veterans, decided to do something to help transform healthcare organisations, especially those in the non-profit space.
