 PulseSync is the visionary Architect and Solution Developer of Project IngoT, a first of its kind Healthcare ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution initiated by Lien Foundation and supported by Microsoft Singapore. This project was launched on 29 Nov 2007 and to date, 11 non-profit healthcare providers in the Intermediate and Long Term Care sector have adopted in-part or the full IngoT system.
This initiative grew from need and purpose. The need for nonprofits to adopt some of the latest IT innovations that can lift their IT systems to modern levels with a firm eye to increasing productivity, efficiency and quality of care. The "purpose driven" approach from Lien Foundation is to fund sustainable projects that not only provide monetary support but provide a continuous positive ROI for their trustees that will in the end outstrip beyond pure financial values and bring about great strides in improvements of the industry and community at large.
One of the main hurdles was to bring about solutions that would normally be prohibitive because of the high investments needed. This was where PulseSync stepped in. With a team of like-minded founders, creative team and a community-driven CEO, they concentrated on simplifying both the business and IT processes with the unique goal of "innovating from within", using innovative methods to reap the current IT technology without raising costs and synergistically collaborating with hardware and software vendors.
In the spirit of "innovating from within", the IngoT system was created by healthcare providers for healthcare providers, and was designed and developed via a ground-up and participatory approach involving doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrators, professionals and volunteers.
IngoT consists of a comprehensive suite of solutions for Administrators, Doctors, Nurses, Medical Social Workers, Finance Managers, Fundraisers and Community Relations Managers, etc and is suitable for providers of Hospice, Home Medical Services, Convalescent Hospital, Nursing Home, Seniors/Geriatric Outpatient Clinic, Day Rehabilitation and Dialysis Centres.
