Milestones

Pulsesync has grown from strength to strength since its inception in early 2007. Below are the key milestones of our journey:

2011 We are planning to launch our first SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) on Cloud. Stay tuned for more details.

2011 Awarded a tender by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) of Singapore to develop a Right Siting and Case Management Systems to facilitate the implementation of Singapore National Care Assessment Framework (NCAF). Pulsesync is also supporting a project for a group of Nursing Homes to pilot the interRAI LTCF suite.

2011 Forged a partnership with Oy Raisoft Ltd, a Finnish company, to implement interRAI HC, LTCF, AC and CMH/MH suites in Singapore.

2011 Re-enrolled as Microsoft Partner (Silver Customer Relationship Management) under the new Microsoft Partner Program. Pulsesync is a Microsoft Partner since 2007.

2010 Successfully migrated the Ngee Ann Polytechnic NPalm Nursing Assessment apps to Apple iOS operating system for use in iPod/iPhone. More than 1,500 nursing students are now using the NPalm Nursing Assessment apps for their clinical/ hospital attachments.

2009 Successfully completed and handover the NKF’s Patient Accounting (PAC) and Patient Administration Systems (PAS). This was one of our large deployments involving over 500 clinical users spreading over 24 dialysis centres in Singapore.

2008 Pulsesync was named the finalist by Microsoft for the prestigious MS Dynamics ISV – APAC Award.

2008 Lien Foundation and Pulsesync won the National Infocomm Merit Award. This was for Project IngoT which was spearheaded by Lien Foundation.

2008 Lien Foundation and Pulsesync won the MIS IT Excellence Awards (Change Management Category). This was for Project IngoT which was spearheaded by Lien Foundation.

2007 Launched Project IngoT, an initiative spearheaded by Lien Foundation. Project IngoT (which stands for “IT stretching the potential of NGO”) is a first-of-its-kind healthcare/eldercare enterprise resource planning (ERP) project in the region’s non-profit sector, with its inception, design and development revolving on a community model. 11 non-profit intermediate & long term care healthcare providers were involved in this initiative, adopting a common operating environment and solutions.

2007 Pulseysnc was invited to be on the Panel of Microsoft Mobility Partner Advisory Council together with C-level executives from major telcos and mobile technology companies worldwide.
