Pulsesync offers a dedicated, responsive and committed support team to response and answer to our customers’ questions, service requests and/or new requests. It is our goal to minimize any downtime and deliver our support according to the promised service level of agreement (SLA).
Please contact our account manager to discuss a suitable annual maintenance and support contract.
Please note that for our SaaS-On-Cloud (SOC) service, the SLA is standard for all customers.
