PulseSync has a suite of solution to help administrators of healthcare providers to better manage their patients. Some of the features include:

RADTThe RADT function covers namely Referral, Admission, Discharge and Transfer:

Referral – allow providers to intake and manage new case referrals by hospitals, GPs, Polyclinics or other healthcare providers. Necessary workflow will be triggered on new referral cases. Admission – allow providers to admit patients quickly after the referral stage. Key workflow will be triggered to handle these new patients. For example, in the situation of home care, assigned doctors and nurses will be informed to do a geriatric comprehensive/full assessment, medical social workers will be tasked to do means testing, while administrators process the necessary paperwork for government subvention/ subsidy (if applicable). Discharge – allow providers to close the cases systematically. Depending on the providers, the discharge process typically include discharge summaries, discharge memorandums, payment settlements, release/ reallocation of resources. Transfer - allow providers to handle temporary transfer, i.e. admission to acute hospital, without discharging the patient.
Ward (or Facility) Management The Ward Management module takes care of the inpatient, be it in a hospital, nursing home or hospice setup. It starts with room admissions and ends with patient discharges. Broadly, the module comprises of room admissions in both, the registration, and on the floors, to handle either of the circumstances.

Create / modify wards as per requirements of hospitals. Assign number of beds / their charges and allot them to patients. Allow bed allocations and permit bed transfers. Read history of the bed – e.g. which patients have been on that bed / ward?
Charge Sheet The charge sheet function enables ward clerk/clinicians to quickly and easily record charges for services they deliver, at the point of care, in the office, or anywhere in between, reducing errors and inaccuracies and minimum revenue leakage.
